In Home Personal Care
Overview
This program provides housekeeping, personal care, ancillary and case management services to clients age 60 and over on a sliding fee scale. Several of them are provided through EISEP as well as various Medicaid funded personal care services.
OFA-OCC contracts with three licensed home care service agencies (LHCSA) for personal care services:
- Caregivers
- US Care
- Presbyterian
OFA-OCC contracts with one personal emergency response provider:
- Best Buy Health
OFA-OCC Contracts with two consumer-managed home care program providers:
- Resource Center For Independent Living
- Plan-it Staffing
