The Business Accounting Division is responsible for protecting the fiscal integrity of the Department of Social Services in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations and policies. In addition, the Division oversees the financial transactions and budgetary process of all programs within the Department of Family and Community Services.
The Data Processing Unit is tasked with the accurate and efficient retention of case pertinent information, as well as providing statistical information for program areas.

There are two ways to make a payment:
- Bring your payment (cash, check, or money order) into the County Office Building (address below) to the 4th floor window. We will process your payment and give you a receipt.
- Mail your check or money order to the County Office Building (address below) to the attention of 4th floor Business Accounting. We will mail you a receipt once your payment is processed.
