The Contract Administration Department manages the process, implementation, and maintenance of contracts that provide programmatic and other services impacting those served within the many divisions of the Oneida County Department of Family and Community Services. Contractual agreements are made between the County and service providers. These contracts are integral to the functioning of the Department by ensuring that all mandated and/or essential services are readily available to people of all ages who receive services through the Department.
