Picente and Dwyer to Announce County’s Position on Pistol Permit Records
Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente, Jr. today announced that he and Oneida County Court Judge Michael L. Dwyer will further explain the County’s position on FOIL requests of pistol permit records.
