  • 253 new positive cases, 53,618* total.
    • *17 positive cases were added into today’s total as the result of home test kits reported to Oneida County from 1/11/22 to 1/26/22.
  • 3,229 active positive cases.
  • 9.5% positivity rate.
  • 1 new COVID-19-related death, 631 total.
  • 65 Oneida County residents are hospitalized.
    • 31 unvaccinated/34 vaccinated
    • 48 at MVHS
    • 7 at Rome Health
    • 10 out of county
      • 14 of total hospitalized are in the ICU.
        • 8 unvaccinated/6 vaccinated
      • 8 of total hospitalized are on ventilators.
        • 6 unvaccinated/2 vaccinated
      • 10 of total hospitalized are from long-term care facilities.
        • 1 unvaccinated/9 vaccinated
    • Hospitalization vaccination status by age:
