Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, Jr. announced today that assessment data for Oneida County properties will now be available online. The Real Property Database provides users with the ability to search by various criteria such as parcel ID, street address, etc. throughout the entire County.

Previously this information was only available by visiting the local assessor’s office during office hours or from those municipalities that provided the information on their individual website.  Oneida County has now made it possible to access this information through one website whenever it is convenient for the user.

“This program serves as a mechanism to make information even more readily accessible, and will provide important data to our residents, those looking to relocate to Oneida County, and to realtors and numerous other real estate professionals who frequently need this information,” said Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente, Jr.

To access the database, visit www.OCGov.net and click on “View Real Property Information” under the “How do I?” tab, or you can find a link under the Oneida County Finance department’s page.

The information contained in the database is from the assessment data obtained from the assessor’s office in the municipality where the property is located and reflects the data from the 2010 final assessment roll.
