If you have a Family Court appearance scheduled between March 17, 2020 and June 1, 2020, that Court appearance has likely been postponed. If you are a client of the Public Defender and you have not heard from either the Family Court or your Public Defender, please call (315) 266-6100 for Utica cases, and ask to speak with your assigned Public Defender.
