Oneida County COVID-19 Update for May 23, 2021

Here are the Oneida County COVID-19 case numbers as of midnight on May 22:

• 8 new positive cases, 22,039 total.
• 170 active positive cases.
• 1 new COVID-19-related death, 425 total.
• 12 patients are hospitalized in Oneida County.
  
  • 8 at MVHS
  • 4 at Rome Health
• 6 residents are hospitalized out of county.
• 21,427 positive cases have been resolved.
• 788,315 total negative results.
• 810,354 total tests.
• 170 mandatory isolation.
• 288 in mandatory quarantine.
