County Executive Picente statement on New York State’s Phase 3 reopening of the Mohawk Valley tomorrow:

“I am pleased that the Mohawk Valley has been cleared to enter into Phase 3 of reopening tomorrow morning. Oneida County, its people and our neighboring partners in the region have worked hard to meet all of the state guidelines and our data falls well within the Governor’s metrics. This phase marks a milestone for our area businesses, and I am glad they were given enough notice this time around to adequately prepare for a safe and measured reopening. As we continue to restart our community, we must remain on guard and use our common sense to protect ourselves against the threat this pandemic still poses.”
