Oneida County COVID-19 Update for July 16, 2020

Here are the Oneida County COVID-19 case numbers as of 12 p.m.:

  • 10 new positive cases, 1,817 total.
  • 1 new COVID-19-related death, 110 total.
  • 18 patients are hospitalized in Oneida County.
    • 17 MVHS
    • 1 Rome Memorial
  • 2 patients are hospitalized outside of Oneida County.
  • 8 of the patients hospitalized in county are nursing home residents receiving acute care.
    • 7 MVHS
    • 1 Rome Memorial
  • 189 active positive cases
  • 1,518 positive cases have been resolved.
  • 60,052 total negative results.
  • 61,869 total tests have been conducted.
  • Quarantine numbers will be unavailable until the Oneida County Health Department transitions from its internal reporting system to New York State’s. The quarantine numbers will be updated retroactively once that process is completed.
