Oneida County COVID-19 Update for December 26, 2020

Here are the Oneida County COVID-19 case numbers as of midnight on Dec. 25. Numbers include the combined cases from 12/23/20-12/25/20.

• 680 new positive cases, 10,711 total. (*Upon further investigation, 2 positive cases were removed from the previous total.)
  
  • 20 are nursing home residents.
• 4,567 active positive cases.
• 10 new COVID-19-related deaths (1 is a nursing home resident), 211 total.
• 135 patients are hospitalized in Oneida County.
  
  • 113 at MVHS.
  • 22 at Rome Memorial.
    
    • 8 are nursing home residents.
• 8 patients are hospitalized out of county.
• 4,433 positive cases have been resolved.
• 357,139 total negative results.
• 367,850 total tests.
• 4,567 in mandatory isolation.
• 2,611 mandatory quarantine.
