Oneida County Announces Winners of 13th Annual Sidewalk Art Contest
The 13th Annual Oneida County Youth Bureau Sidewalk Art Contest took place on July 28th around Palmer Park at Munson in Utica.
A total of 70 children ages 5-13 drew positive images on a single sidewalk slab with chalk donated from Walmart and Target.
Where applicable, medals were presented to the top three finishers in each age category.

“These children's artistic abilities and positive self-expressions were on full display for all to be amazed by,” said Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente Jr. "They decorated each sidewalk with inspiring energy, pride and creativity. I thank our great partners Munson, Walmart and Target for their support."
"The Oneida County Youth Bureau looks forward each year to this popular, fun-filled event as we work together to provide all our county youth with safe, positive and innovative programs," said youth Bureau Director Kevin Green.
