Social Adult Day Care

Overview

Social Adult Day Care (SADC) serves functionally and/or memory-impaired seniors and their caregivers to provide socialization, adequate nutrition, and recreational activities in a supervised setting. Transportation is included in our rates. Some locations offer Personal Care options. Our case managers work with site coordinators to ensure each participant's programming needs are met. SADC also works as an excellent form of respite for caregivers.

We purchase services with the following community providers in Oneida County:

• CWP Lutheran Home, Clinton
• Resource Center for Independent Living, Utica
• CWP Presbyterian Home, New Hartford
• Charles T. Sitrin Home, New Hartford
