Here are the Oneida County COVID-19 case numbers as of midnight on Nov. 16.

• 187 new positive cases, 31,457 total.
• 1,419 active positive cases.
• 5.9% positivity rate.
• 1 new COVID-19-related death, 519 total.
• 2,273 are in mandatory isolation & quarantine.
• 57 Oneida County residents are hospitalized.
  
  • 39 unvaccinated/18 vaccinated
  • 40 at MVHS
  • 11 at Rome Health
  • 6 out of county
    
    • 17 of total hospitalized are in the ICU.
      
      • 15 unvaccinated/2 vaccinated
    • 10 of total hospitalized are on ventilators.
      
      • 9 unvaccinated/1 vaccinated
    • 6 of total hospitalized are from long-term care facilities.
      
      • 2 unvaccinated/4 vaccinated
