      Program Description
      CFLR, Inc. is a human service agency that transforms the lives of individuals and families by providing help and hope through advocacy, prevention, counseling and training services.
      Admission Criteria
     

CFLR, Inc. provides services to the following populations, including: Re-Entry / Ex-Offender - Men, women and youth involved in the criminal & juvenile justice systems and their families; Veterans / Families - Non-deployed military personnel, veterans and their families; Individuals / Families - Men, women and youth involved with/in the child welfare system and their families; Employees of Contracted Companies - Men, women and their families; Training Participants - Secondary and Higher Education, Community, Human Service, Healthcare, Business, Political and Public Safety professionals'; Substance Use, Mental Health and/or Behavioral Issues - Men, Women and Youth and their families.

      Treatment Services
     

CFLR, Inc.'s Professional Clinical Services, include: CHOICES, Clinical Supervision, Family Preservation (Department of Social Services Counseling), General Counseling, IMPACT Program, Juvenile Perpetrators (JP), PINS Family Support / PINS Diversion, Second Chance for Ex-Offenders, Sexual Abuse Treatment Program (SATP), Sexual Offender Treatment Program (SOTP), Supportive Case Management, Teen Aggression Reduction (TAR) and Thinking for Change (TAR). CFLR, Inc.'s Community Outreach Programs, include: Prevention Council, Area College and Community Educators for Safe Strategies (ACCESS) Coalition, Drinking Driver Program (DDP), Oneida County Suicide Prevention Coalition (OCSPC), Professional Training Coalition of Oneida County (PTCOC) and CFLR, Inc.'s Compeer Program.

The cost depends on which CFLR, Inc. service you are inquiring about. For Community Outreach and Prevention Programs, we encourage you to call us directly at (315) 733 - 1709 to discuss cost structures. CFLR, Inc.'s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is free to the employees of our member organizations. All EAP services are confidential. General Counseling sessions are $60.00 per session; we do not accept insurance at this time. For all other programs, please call (315) 733 - 1709 to learn more.

      Discharge Criteria
      Clients successfully accomplish the goals of their individualized treatment plan.
      Hours of Operation
     

Our regular office hours are 8:30A.M. - 4:00P.M., Monday through Friday. Our evening Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling hours occur on Tuesday's and Wednesday's from 8:30A.M. - 8:00P.M. at our Utica Office. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counseling hours are offered on Wednesday's from 3:00P.M. - 8:00P.M. and Friday's 12:00P.M. - 5:00P.M. at our Herkimer Office & Monday's from 9:00A.M. - 5:00P.M. at our Rome Office. All EAP Members can call (315) 733 - 1726 - any time - to receive telephone counseling, on an as needed basis.
