Renewals cards for the cities of Utica and Rome for licensed commissioner of deeds are updated in our office.  You may mail your payment and notarized application card to our office or just stop in.

Our office is located on the 8th floor of the Oneida County Office Building .  This office is run on a first come first serve basis.  Our hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
